Please carefully review our Shop Policies when purchasing from The Gaian Crystals. These policies will apply to any order you place with us.
Payment Methods:
Our shop accepts all major Credit Cards, PayPal, and digital wallets via Apple Pay or Android Pay. All payments are processed safely through secured server powered by Stripe or PayPal.
Sales Tax:
For New York State residents only, sales tax will be automatically calculated based on the destination local county and applied at checkout to any order that will be shipped within the New York State. (The tax applies to subtotal plus shipping.)
Shipping and Delivery:
US Domestic
All orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail services based on the weight of your order, and the tracking will be provided to you. Order will typically be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, not including Sunday, any Holidays, or when the Post Office is closed.
Any domestic order totaling over $50, before tax and after any other applicable discounts, within the United States is eligible for free US standard shipping. Remember to use the code USFREESHIP50 at checkout. (Free US shipping is not valid on international order.)
International
International shipping is available to the following countries: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, and Switzerland.
(Our shop does not ship to the EU or UK at the moment due to certain restrictions. For any other countries, you may contact us for more information.)
Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional customs or import taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
Delay
If shipping is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised shipping date and estimated date for delivery.
All times and dates given for delivery of the orders are given by the carrier in good faith but are estimates only.
Cancellation:
You may contact us and request cancellation if your order has not been shipped out yet. Once your order has shipped, cancellation would not be possible. You may refer to our return and refund policy below.
Return and Refund:
We hope you will be happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
To return, please first notify and contact us within seven (7) days of your order delivery date for further return details, and once your return request has been authorized, please ship the item(s) back within seven (7) days.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. You should use a trackable shipping method to mail your return back to us to ensure that your order does get safely returned to us. All returned items must be in original and unused condition. If the item(s) is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your returned item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least 48 hours from the receipt of your order to process your return. Your refund, less the original shipping cost if applicable, will be issued back to you through the original payment method.
Exception: For defective or damaged item(s), please contact us and provide us with pictures of the defective or damaged item along with the original shipping packaging within seven (7) days after you received the item(s), and we can arrange a solution.
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is incorrect, outdated, or considered insufficient by the carrier, the package will be returned to us. You will be liable for any reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated and correct address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed: Packages that go unclaimed are returned to us, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Lost: For packages lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Do I need to register to order?
No, registration is not required. You can proceed with the checkout as guest without an account, all order confirmation and shipping notification will be sent to your email address provided at the checkout.
After completing your purchase at checkout, you can log in or create an account from the order status page, and there will be the option to enter your email and a confirmation code that is included in the order confirmation email. Once you have done that, you can review the billing and shipping details for the order, and then you can log in or create a new account with those details.
Once you've logged in to this website, you can view your order, payment, and shipping information, and also securely save shipping address, shopping cart, payment methods, and online order information.
You can also create new account by clicking "Login" at the upper right corner of this website, and proceed from there.
Please note that all prior member accounts and saved information from before October 1, 2024 are no longer valid or accessible due to the new website builder system. Please create a new account if you want to view your future order information and any saved information. Sorry for any inconvenience.
